Basic Kit

I ordered the Basic two-week kit because I was not sure I would like the products, and didn't want to be stuck with four weeks of shakes and bars I didn't care for at all.

My box arrived and the following day I began my two week trial. On the second day I ordered bars, cheesecake, oatmeal and more pudding shakes, because it was so much better than I expected.

The shakes I got were the Aspartame free brand and they are delicious and very filling. I didn't get any replacement bars with my original order, so I ordered them with my second order two days later. The shakes blend quickly and smoothly using the Wonder Slim cup that came with my Basic kit. Clean up is also easy. The bars are easy to take with me when I'm not at home . The berry blast drink is refreshing, the berry yogurt shake is even better when I add some fresh berries to it, and I love the cheesecake. I added some blueberries to it, and it was a lovely end of the day treat.

I have been on the Wonder Slim program for less than a week, and I've already lost 3 pounds. I would recommend this program to anyone wanting to lose weight. It's easy to follow, and very filling and delicious.

Being an expert of many failed attempts of dieting with different plans, Wonderslim is the most easy, awesome diet I have ever tried. I had a jaw dropping moment after completing my first week without difficulty and loosing 7.4 pounds, and I feel better and have more energy. The products taste great and really satisfy so completely. The lifestyle guide book is teaching me how to make healthy changes for the rest of my life. I have a lot of weight to loose but now I have hope again. I have already placed my second order.

The following are general guidelines for the WonderSlim Diet Plan:

  1. You may also use spices, seasonings, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, sugar free gelatin, and listed beverages as desired.
  2. Take 1 multivitamin, take 2 to 4 EFA softgels, and drink at least 8-eight ounces of water or non-caloric beverage daily.
  3. Foods may be rearranged within one day to meet your schedule or personal preferences.
  4. Use the Food Selection List on the back of your meal plan to plan your Healthy Meal, Fruit selection, and to create a shopping list.
  5. Prepare food by Baking, Boiling, Broiling, Grilling, Roasting or Steaming. NO Frying!
  6. Consume ALL Meal Replacements and Supplements as directed for optimum nutritional intake, support of lean muscle and to help curb hunger.
  7. To ensure your success, use the Food & Activity Diary to document everything you eat and drink, as well as your daily physical activity.
