best thanksgiving & Christmas! need to lose 20 lb- due to heath issues. 1st week full liquid diet. rest doctor order healthy eating with 2 wonderslim products a day. (plus exercise) lost 5.2 lbs so far.
lifestyle change for better! wonderslim products are great! 4 week core - nice selection. incorporated with doctor orders. fruits ,veggies, dairy, lean protein meats, fish. shakes and cheddar chips are my favorite! after weight loss, will incorporate 4 week core program to last 12 weeks. remember - portion control & exercise- best wishes to everyone.

Day 4 on the program and I haven't been that hungry yet. I've lost 6lbs! (The first week you always lose the most but it's an excellent motivator.) The food is good and I actually ended up placing a second order for more of the snacks and breakfasts. I feel like success is in my grasp and that's not a feeling I've had in a very long time. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

In 2011 I was on the other diet and lost 42 lbs.
I kept it off until my brother got ill and my eating and exercise habits went out the window with the emotion of his illness then his death. I gained back almost 20 lbs. I have been on the wonder slim for a week and last 3 lbs I will weigh again on Monday and expect to do better as I was a little more committed than at first. I choose wonder slim because it was similar to the other diet but the taste and cost is much ,much better. I ordered the middle plan and it has worked out. the flavors are great.

I have been on this program for 2 weeks. I have lost 9lbs. I will probably write another review in a few months. I have about 50lbs to lose. In the past I was very successful with nutrisystem and kept the weight off on maintenance without the food for 2 years. Then I got divorced and with the stress and emotions I slowly put weight back on over last 5 years. I decided on wonderslim because it didn't make you do autoship, I can make my own dinner, with my schedule at work the shakes and snack bars come in handy and keep me from going to long without food. I like the shakes and bars....I like making the shakes into pudding. I also bought the pancakes and mac and cheese to try and really like them..the food tastes better than nutrisystem to me. I have followed the program for the 2 weeks and I do meet with a personal trainer twice a week consistently. I am pleased with the program and results. I am going back to healthy patterns as well and feel much better.

"Can I Do All Liquids?"

Directions

On the WonderSlim Diet Plan, you eat 3 WonderSlim Meal Replacements, 2 Protein Supplements, Lunch, Snacks/Bars and 1 Healthy Meal per day. Several servings of fruits, vegetables, and other food item choices are also included, providing important fiber and other nutrients.

The following are general guidelines for the WonderSlim Diet Plan:

  1. You may also use spices, seasonings, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, sugar free gelatin, and listed beverages as desired.
  2. Take 1 multivitamin, 2 to 4 EFA softgels, and drink at least 8-eight ounces of water or non-caloric beverage daily.
  3. Foods may be rearranged within one day to meet your schedule or personal preferences.
  4. Use the Food Selection List on the back of your meal plan to plan your Healthy Meal, Fruit selection, and to create a shopping list.
  5. Prepare food by Baking, Boiling, Broiling, Grilling, Roasting or Steaming. NO Frying!
  6. Consume ALL Meal Replacements and Supplements as directed for optimum nutritional intake, support of lean muscle and to curb hunger.
  7. To ensure your success, use the Food & Activity Diary to document everything you eat and drink, as well as your daily physical activity.
