WonderSlim Chili with Beans Directions:


  1. Combine the contents of one packet of chili mix and 6 ounces of HOT water in a large microwave safe bowl. Stir thoroughly.
  2. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 3 minutes, stir. Continue cooking on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until thick consistency. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed).


  1. Combine the contents of one chili mix packet and 6 ounces of HOT water in a saucepan. Stir thoroughly.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.

I was not expecting to like this as much as I did. I like it a lot better than a more expensive diet brand. The beans got soft enough to eat just from following the cooking directions. No need to soak it ahead of time, but it needs a large bowl to not spill over in my microwave. I have already ordered a second box.

For diet chili not bad at all

I've had the other chili from M+++ifast and believe me this is about 5 times better. I add a few shakes of chili powder and this is quite good. I am more than pleased being a first time Wonderslim user. Big savings over M**difast and i've lost about 10 lbs in 2 weeks - only 4-5 more lbs to go.

Good spicy flavor

I like Chili with beans. It took me a couple of times to get the beans soft in the microwave. Once I got the right setting on the microwave this chili was great! Every microwave is different. I eat it with a salad or an addition to my dinner.
