  • Any unopened, unused box, case, bottle, bag or container of WonderSlim or MommySlim products
  • Up to 1 (one) partially used 7-serving box per unique product (ie. per flavor, sku)

To return or exchange items as listed above, please complete the Returns/Exchange Request Form below and include it with your shipment. It’s that simple! Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your request and send you an email confirmation with the details. Any refunded payments will be noted. To ensure proper credit to your account, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment of returns. Please save your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return is processed. North Carolina state law requires us to charge applicable sales tax on all orders shipped to North Carolina. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to other states.

We offer FREE Ground Shipping within the Contiguous United States on orders of $69 or more (after discounts and excluding applicable taxes). Orders of less than $69 receive $7.99 Flat Rate Shipping within the Contiguous United States. For all other orders, shipping cost is calculated by the shipping carrier based on shipping method, package weight and shipping region. In these cases, we will charge you what the carrier charges with no WonderSlim handling fee. Once you place your order, we do everything in our power to get it headed in your direction quickly. Although orders placed by 8am Eastern Time are guaranteed to ship the next business day, we generally ship them the very same day. We ship Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday and holiday orders ship the first business day after the holiday.

Standard Ground Shipping is done through FedEx Ground or US Mail. Ground shipping generally has a delivery time of 2 to 5 days within the Contiguous United States. Faster shipping methods are also available at an additional cost. If an item you ordered is out of stock when we receive your order and will not be available within 48 hours, we will send you the items that are in-stock without delay. Backordered item(s) will be sent at our expense as soon as they become available.
