Happy but dislike entrees

I love the shakes, the snacks, the oatmeal, cereals and the bars! I cannot, however, eat the entrees or the omelette. I needed to choose only aspartame-free options, due to allergy, and was very happy they offered almost everything I wanted in that option. I purchased the premium plan, but will not be re-purchasing any entrees next time. I am perfectly happy with the shakes and my own food.

I usually go with Oatmeal for breakfast. The pudding shakes are what keep me full and coming back, the flavor is great! I've ordered enough to find what is amazing and what is rather avoid. I love all the lunch supplements and find its personal preference with the snacks and bars.
Overall, the program takes roughly 4 days to get into fat burning mode- you absolutely shouldn't slack on drinking water and staying mindful of eating every 3 hours. Then the magic happens, you don't crave the sugar and the program gets WAY easier.
Can't go wrong.

I've done other meal replacement programs. So far, I have found this program to offer tasty foods at a good price. I am just starting so I don't have weight loss results, but I am already impressed with the quality and the value.

I've enjoyed most of the products that I ordered. It was very convenient way to order. I also wish there were more entrees to choose from. The products that I would not order again would be the cappuccino and creamy vegetable soup. But that is just a personal taste. They were not totally awful - not just something I cared for. I like the fact that you can customize the kits to fit your own personal taste and not just have to settle for whatever the company wants to put in them.

"Can I Do All Liquids?"
First, consult your Doctor. He or she will determine if you are medically qualified to begin a full fast or full liquid diet. They will also monitor any and all relevant medical conditions ongoing.

Please Note: If you opt to do a 100% liquid diet, or if you go on a very low calorie (VLC) diet (fewer than 1000 calories per day), you should be supervised and monitored by a physician.


On the WonderSlim Diet Plan, you eat 3 WonderSlim Meal Replacements, 3 Protein Supplements, 1 WonderSlim Breakfast Item, 1 WonderSlim Snack Item, 1 WonderSlim Dessert and 1 Healthy Meal per day. Several servings of fruits, vegetables, and other food item choices are also included, providing important fiber and other nutrients.

The following are general guidelines for the WonderSlim Diet Plan:

  1. You may also use spices, seasonings, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, sugar free gelatin, and listed beverages as desired.
  2. Take 1 multivitamin, 2 to 4 EFA softgels and drink at least 8-eight ounces of water or non-caloric beverage daily.
  3. Foods may be rearranged within one day to meet your schedule or personal preferences.
  4. Use the Food Selection List on the back of your meal plan to plan your Healthy Meal, Fruit selection, and to create a shopping list.
  5. Prepare food by Baking, Boiling, Broiling, Grilling, Roasting or Steaming. NO Frying!
  6. Consume ALL Meal Replacements and Supplements as directed for optimum nutritional intake, support of lean muscle and to help curb hunger.
  7. To ensure your success, use the Food & Activity Diary to document everything you eat and drink, as well as your daily physical activity.
