  1. Combine the contents of one Sloppy Joe packet and 5 ounces of hot water in a large microwave safe bowl. Stir thoroughly.
  2. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 3 minutes, stir. Continue cooking on HIGH for 2 to 4 minutes or until thick consistency. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed).

This packet of flavorful will make you want to keep it. I added chopped celery, and onions to it then stuffed it in bell peppers because I didn't want the carbs from bread and... man, oh man it was AMAZING! The flavors of this "Sloppy Joe mix" are spot on!. This will be one of my go-to staple dishes. I highly recommend you try this and be creative with it!

This I my favorite way to prepare the WonderSlim sloppy joe mix: I take a medium to small red potato and cook in a microwave steamer. Then prepare the sloppy joe mix according to directions. Dice up the potato, add a little salt, and then pour the sloppy joe on top. I don't think this is cheating too bad. I remember reading somewhere that potatoes are not bad for you unless you put all those toppings on top, like butter and sour cream and bacon, then the calories really start adding up. Don't go overboard with a monster potato! Remember, a smallish medium size potato - (portion control).

Very skeptical at first, as it looks so disgusting- but it is SO good. It is amazing over brown rice or quinoa or in a bell pepper. One of my favorites now.
