Shipping Within The United States is dedicated to fast order processing and efficient delivery. Within the United States, Standard Ground Shipping is via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail Service. USPS Priority Mail Service is used for Standard Ground Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.

If you wish to receive your order sooner, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Overnight delivery services are also available. In most cases, orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time are shipped the same business day. Orders received during the weekend are shipped on Monday and orders received on holidays are shipped on the first business day after the holiday.

Warm Weather Shipments

Living and working within a few miles of the beautiful beaches of Coastal Carolina, WonderSlim team members enjoy a wide variety of outdoor recreational activities during the warm weather months. Although we thrive when temperatures climb, some of the products we carry suffer some damage during the summer months.

We make all efforts to promptly ship all orders from our climate-controlled warehouse and prominently display a “Protect From Heat” label on all outgoing boxes. That done, we are unable to control the conditions your package(s) may encounter on the journey from our location to yours.

Tips to Minimize Warm Weather Melting:

  • Reducing transit time reduces the amount of time products are exposed to heat. Consider choosing FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight during the warm weather months.
  • Packages left outside on a hot summer day are extremely vulnerable to heat damage. To avoid this situation, some customers opt to have their orders delivered to their work address when warm weather reigns. Another option is to have your order shipped the home of a friend, neighbor or relative if you know you are not going to be available to receive it.


  • If some of the products you ordered have been exposed to heat or are warm to the touch upon receipt, we recommend minimizing handling until they have cooled. For best results, we recommend placing the unopened products in the refrigerator for approximately an hour.
  • Although the appearance of the recently melted item(s) may be altered, products will re-harden with no loss of nutrition or taste.

FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2Day

The two fastest shipping options we offer within the United States are FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2 Day. It should be noted that both of these services ship and deliver only on a Monday through Friday schedule. Rate quotes for both of these FedEx services are available during Checkout.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

FedEx Express or USPS Priority Mail Service is used for orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. Orders shipped to these states are subject to shipping charges. When ordering online, you can view these shipping charges on the Express Checkout Page.

International Shipping ships orders to the select group of countries shown below. We do not offer Free Shipping for international orders.

Before placing an international order is crucial that you become familiar with the Customs policies of your destination country. Custom policies are exclusive to each nation and will vary extensively from country to country. Failure to understand custom rules can cause your order to incur high import duties. In addition to these duties, deliveries may be delayed or destroyed. Before ordering, you should be certain that your country permits the shipment of the products you are ordering. will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that are assessed by your local customs office. will also not be held responsible for any additional fees the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge and do not include customs duties, taxes, and country-specific fees. As such, our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country.

We currently offer 2 international shipping options, FedEx International Priority, and FedEx International Economy, to a select group of international locations. FedEx International Priority has an approximate delivery time of 1 to 3 business days and FedEx International Economy has an approximate delivery time of 3 to 5 business days*.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions:

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

All international shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination.'s prices do not include customs fees, taxes, and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.

If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
